Eight Gigs: Dru Hill

For those of us who were at our most gangly and awkward in the mid-'90s, hearing a Dru Hill hit is a little like a Proustian madeleine; those sweet opening notes of “These Are the Times” hit your ears and suddenly you're in a gymnasium stinking of Bath & Body Works, and the most accomplished flutist in the high-school marching band is asking you to dance.
