Often unpredictable live and restless in his musical search for something new, Bruce Hornsby brings his band the Noisemakers to Sacramento in what appears to be an early stop on a new tour. Grammy award-winner Hornsby is currently celebrating 30 years since his breakout effort The Way It Is, but don’t expect to hear his classics just as they sounded on record; he’s a formidable improviser who likes to create in the moment.
