While there are a number of good reasons you should attend the 13th annual El Dorado Hills Art, Beer & Wine Festival, the inclusion of Blind Pig artist Albert Cummings should top the list. For the uninitiated, this Massachusetts guitar slinger has released a handful of records since 1999 under the Swamp Yankee moniker and, of course, his own name.
