Do the crawl

In the great tradition of the United Kingdom and other places too cold for outdoor activity in the wintertime, the East Sacramento pub crawlers are gathering for the fourth annual Crazy Santa Hat Pub Crawl. You’ll need: a new, unwrapped toy for charity; a crazy, holiday-themed hat; some drink money; and a plan for getting home without driving. (Walk, bring a designated driver, share a cab with friends or call the Designated Drivers Association at (916) 335-5555.) The group will meet at the Pine Cove Tavern, 502 29th Street, at 7 p.m. sharp on Friday. The crawl passes through six East Sac watering holes. Everyone over 21 is welcome.
