The Big Crush is on at the wineries of Amador County and no grape shall remain intact! During the two-day event, you can meet the winemakers, hear live music, picnic, stomp grapes and, of course, drink wine! $20 gets you a commemorative glass that will be filled by any one of 17 participating vintners. It’s a perfect time to view the foothills in their autumn colors and enjoy the outdoors before the rain begins. The Big Crush happens Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Take State Highway 16 East into Amador County and follow the signs.
