If you're jonesing for a great summer cocktail or just don't like the taste of alcohol, check out the mango soju cocktail at Tako Korean BBQ. Soju is a Korean alcohol often made from rice, wheat, barley or other starches—and it tastes basically like the Korean version of vodka. In other words, it's basically tasteless. That's the tricky thing about the mango soju cocktail: It has the consistency, coldness and flavor of a mango smoothie, but (danger alert!) there's an undetermined amount of hard liquor in it. Thankfully, it pairs really well with Tako's tacos.
