Cowboy Bebop: The Movie

On Mars in the year 2017, three bounty hunters named Spike, Jet and Faye, with very different methods of operation, and a female hacker named Edward team up to track down a bioterrorist in this fast-paced but overly long action-adventure based on the popular Cartoon Network series. A mysterious man in a long, black trench coat is seen leaving the scene of a truck explosion that kills hundreds of people, and the dynamic quartet chases after the reward money and, in the process, may even save the planet from a sinister government plot and future mayhem. The eclectic, exhilarating soundtrack and ultra-cool attitude exuded under director Shinichirô Watanabe permeate nearly every frame.
