Does the environmental movement need music to unify worldwide activists? Perhaps that’s what Michael Jackson thought when he released “Earth Song” in 1995. More than 15 years later, we now have the song “People Power,” thanks to climate-change watchdog 350.org and its new website, Radio Wave. “People Power” features worldwide stars including Talib Kweli, Zap Mama and Angelique Kidjo, and utilizes lyrics in English, French, Arabic and several African languages.
