Can you handle the laughs?
Get ready for four days of comedic fun as The Sacramento Comedy Spot hosts its first—and what it hopes will be annual—Sacramento Comedy Festival. During these nights, audiences can see more than 170 performers from Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles performing 25 shows chock-full of improvisation, stand-up, sketch comedy—oh, and there’s also a feature-length film and some comedy shorts. The Comedy Spot’s in-house improvisational troupe, Anti-Cooperation League, will be there as will an L.A. improv showcase featuring Bro Squad 5 and Women Be Shoppin’!, both of which are active in the SoCal Second Saturday scene. Also featured will be a Saturday midnight showing of Left and Loose in the Lot, starring Waynee Wayne and Demetrius “Specialist” Dedmon.
