Calm yourself

With an emotional hangover from the election and my annual pre-holiday head cold on board, I’m in dire need of some soothing. A big Bowl of Soul ($5.50) from Naked Coffee helps a lot. It’s got calming chamomile tea steeped in frothy warm soy milk, a sweet dash of honey and a tiny bit of indulgent chocolate on top. It calms my senses and soothes my sinuses.
