Bush or Chimp?

No, we’re not saying that our new president bears any resemblance to anything vaguely, ahem, simian; we have far too much respect for the office—and for the Grand Old Party—to cast that sort of aspersion. Apparently, however, someone out there, in what our new president might call “the dark dungeons of the Internet,” is making a serious Bush-Bonzo connection, and they can back it up with photos. This Web site, in our humble conservative opinion, is laugh-out-loud, wet-your-pants funny. It’s simple, really—find a photo of an ape, then find a matching, separated-at-birth photo of the president, then place the two side by side. “I’m not a member of any political party,” Bill Feldspar—who appears to be the perp—writes in the site’s intro, “and I have nothing in particular against the man. I just think he kind of looks like a chimpanzee.” Going on the evidence presented here, we’re inclined to agree.
