Gazing skyward, clouds can morph into previously unseen shapes and forms. Rest your eye on a cumulus cloud and it can easily come to resemble a steamed pork bun. Luckily, Lam Kwong Deli and Market crafts heavenly steamed and baked buns for those of us with our head in the clouds dreaming of dim sum. The steamed bun (75 cents) echoes a white rose with a blossoming head if it were bursting forth with pork. The bigger bun is baked ($1.15), and often sells out.
