Basically a milkshake
Harvey Milk Punch, The Red Rabbit Kitchen & Bar

Instead of milk and cookies before bed, try a soothing milk punch. Popular since the 17th century, they usually comprise a mix of bourbon or brandy, milk and nutmeg. The Red Rabbit has a version called Harvey Milk Punch ($9) that includes Galliano liqueur as a nod to that '70s tipple, the Harvey Wallbanger. The vanilla-anise flavor of bright yellow Galliano makes the punch taste even more like a milkshake. It also reminds me of the countless Harvey Wallbanger bundt cakes my grandmother once made. 2718 J Street, http://theredrabbit.net.
