Baby sips

I’m apparently late to the party, but I recently discovered the Gibraltar coffee ($3.75) at Insight. According to the barista, it’s like a “baby latte,” a shot of espresso with just a little milk foam. Similar to a cortado, a Gibraltar is specifically served in a 4-ounce Libbey glass, so it’s not really a to-go drink. It started in oh-so-cool San Francisco in the early aughts, but lucky for us, finally made it inland.
