The 24th Street Theatre gets funky this November with a production of the original 1974 Broadway version of The Wiz, that super soul rendition of Dorothy’s adventures somewhere over the rainbow. Follow that crazy yellow brick road through a musical wonderland of gospel, rock and soul hits sure to make you dance in your seat (if not the aisles). The Wiz plays on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and on Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $14 for adults and $10 for munchkins. The show is in town for three short weeks, so don’t let it pass you by.
