Auld lang ‘dine’

Placerville’s scenic David Girard Vineyards will host a Holiday Celebration Dinner & Dance this Saturday night. Fine food, great wines and dancing—it’s a great way to get the New Years’ festivities off to a delicious and exciting start. Chef Diane Wilkinson will present a sumptuous five-course meal, each course to be paired with select wines from the David Girard cellars. Dinner music will be provided by the Millington String Quartet, followed by dancing from 8-10 p.m. with music by the Entertainment Team.

Dinner begins at 6 p.m. Saturday evening. Please call ahead to make a reservation. Tickets are $80 per person, or $70 for DGV Club members.
