Burning Man is a scant two weeks away and many attendees are busily constructing shiny wings, electroluminescent costumes and theme camp protocol in preparation. If you want some inspiration before you head to Black Rock City or if you’ve never been and you want to know what the buzz is all about, attend the Townhouse’s Burning Man party this Sunday. Art cars, entertainers, music and art displays will be happening from 3 p.m. until 2 a.m. In addition, there will be two screenings of Gifting It, a new documentary on the festival’s gift economy (nothing can be bought or sold at Burning Man, only bartered or given) at 7 and 9 p.m. This event is 21 and over.
