Therese Moua Jasperson keeps her Hmong-Lao heritage close to her professional life. The Stanford University grad writes Hmong childrens’ books for the Merced City School District, teaches a Hmong Saturday School in the Robla School District, and directs a dance team of young Hmong women. She’s also a mother of four. Phew!
