Accidental signs

Your astrological profile might have something to do with all those tickets you’ve gotten recently. At least that’s what InsuranceHotline.com says. According to a study of 100,000 North American drivers, Libras were the most prone to accidents and tickets and Leos had the cleanest driving records. The whole phenomenon is even the subject of a book, called Car Carma. Here’s a look at the signs, in order from best drivers to worst, according to www.insurancehotline.com/carcarmahome.html:

Gemini (May 21-June 20): Born to multitask, which makes them good drivers.

Cancer (June 21-July 22): They care about others on the road but can get moody.

Virgo (August 23-September 22): Nervous attention to detail could keep ’em from seeing the big picture.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19): More concerned about the destination than the journey.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21): Calculated risk-takers who love to talk. Shh.

Taurus (April 20-May 20): Ah, the stubborn bull.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21): With an instinct for revenge, Scorpios are prone to road rage.

Pisces (February 19-March 20): These guys love to daydream.

Aries (March 21-April 19): The symbol of the ram has a “me-first” attitude.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18): Impulsive and ruled by the planet of speed and rebellion.

Libra (September 23-October 22): Libras crave balance and consensus— not the best thing on the road.
