A Note From Mom
She visited
her Hungarian Gypsy palm reader;
her arthritis had been acting up.
The prognosis is
to surround herself
with copper.
For six weeks now
she’s been throwing pennies
all over the house.
She says her ankles
are feeling better,
but the Hoover’s
a wreck.
