Food-stamp fail
If just 75 percent of Californians who are eligible for food stamps--now
called CalFresh--actually received that money, we would have about $4.5
billion more in our economy. That's a fail if I ever saw one. Read on to
find out what our problem is (hint: there's red tape involved).
