Tech savvy
These days, it's hard to find someone who isn't connected to the Internet. And most of us pay for the privilege of web surfing, gaming with friends, sending e-mails or watching movies or shows on Netflix. Well, there's quite a bit going on behind the scenes that most of us average users don't realize. The issue of "net neutrality" is heating up, and our feature story this week takes a hard look at what's really going on.
