Gone missing
Daniel Omar Penner Cline witnessed his mother being shot 23 years ago, then he never saw her again. Four months ago, he began a search for her remains in Butte County, working with local law enforcement, and in the process he began to learn who his mother was. He shares his story with the CN&R and its readers.
In other news: Check in on elections results, the cutest little owl you've ever seen, Chico's Koala and an absurd play at Chico State.
