Issue: April 22, 2010
Happy Earth Day, everyone! We’re celebrating with our second annual bike issue covering everything cycling related. There’s also a history of the big E.D., starting with an account of the very first celebration 40 years ago today. If you’re looking for something to do, the calendar is chock full of fun earth-themed events to keep you busy caring for the land.
If you’d rather find out about other Chico goings-on, we’ve got an update on Joseph Igbineweka, the Associated Students president at Chico State who was stabbed last week. Also all the music and film happenings you can handle.
And don’t forget: It’s the second week of CAMMIES showcases. Check ’em out and vote.
