Where did all the students (and teachers) go? Spring break naturally drove many to seek a change from the everyday. And, based on an About.com list of the top-10 spring break destinations, they probably sought a little sun down in Mexico. But for all those who haven’t gotten around to getting a passport (you need one now to travel to and from Mexico), places like Hawaii and Puerto Rico are popping back on the radar.
