California ranks 12th on list of well-being by state

Each year Gallup surveys U.S. citizens to determine and rank the well-being of individual states. This year, Alaska has come out on top. California is ranked 12th in the survey that measures well-being using five criteria: purpose (happy with your direction); social (supportive relationships); financial; community (feeling safe, liking where you live); physical.
