Butte College fine art faculty member and head of the drawing and painting department Simone Senat exhibits several pieces in Landslide. Pictured is the oil on canvas piece, The Village. The show is currently featured in the college’s Coyote Gallery, located inside Montgomery Library, 3536 Butte Campus Dr. on campus. A reception for the artist occurs Thursday, Feb. 28, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Regular gallery hours: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.
