Trick or beast?

Although its appearances are beginning to rival in frequency (or lack thereof) those of Nessie’s herself, local disco, R&B and funk demigod Brutilicus Maximus surfaces, appropriately, Halloween night at The Senator, 517 Main St., in downtown Chico. Also on the bill is the equally funky Soul Maze! It’s a night sure to keep you bumpin’ till the vampire bats come home! Or at least a prehistoric creature or two. Admission is a mere $10.
