Splitting heirs …
Butte College Department of Performing Arts presents its production of Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare. Director Jeff Dickinson has set the story’s political double-dealings in Washington, D.C., during the ‘70s. Pictured are Marc Antony (Jordan E. Stuhlmueller) and Octavius (Jason Ryan Simmons), no doubt plotting more than merely slashing Jules’ budget! The show runs 7:30 p.m., Thursdays-Saturdays, April 26 through May 12, with 2 p.m. Sunday matinees on April 29 and May 6. Advance tickets: $10, general; $8, students and seniors; $7, Butte students. Add $1 at the door. Butte College Chico Center, 260 Cohasset Rd. (near Chico Sports Club). Further information: 895-2994.
