Cheesy? Hell yeah … cheesy as pouring blue cheese dressing all over your cottage cheese. Mmmmmm. Look, it’s a B-movie about snakes on a plane. Get it? Add Sam Jackson in kick-snake-ass mode, and director David Ellis, the dude who brought you Final Destination 2 … How could anything possibly go wrong? It doesn’t. What we have here is one deliriously self-aware B-movie of the kind that hasn’t hit the big screen since the ’70s. Does it deliver? Oh yeah … if you could see me now, you’d see me taking a long, satisfying drag from a cigarette and looking over with lover’s eyes to the film unreeled in the bed next to me.
