The Full Force Hip Hop Company put the moves on for Saturday’s Mayor’s Art Awards, where Chico Mayor Scott Gruendl gathered before about 100 people at the Chico Municipal Building to present this year’s awards to Avenue 9 Gallery’s Maria Phillips and Dolores Mitchell, Steve Schuman of North Valley Productions and arts patron Daniel Donnelly.
