It’s a man’s world after all
Writers for the nation’s top intellectual and political magazines are almost exclusively men. This is made glaringly obvious by the ratios of male to female writers below. The figures come from comparing male vs. female bylines in magazines from October 2003 to May 2005. The ratios were published in the current issue of the Columbia Journalism Review.
