What do you get in that thing?

Every year the American Automobile Association tests cars for miles per average under what it terms “real world” driving. And every year it comes to the same conclusion—the actual mpg falls short of the Environmental Protection Agency’s estimates that are used by dealers to sell their cars. Currently legislation to mandate the EPA to adopt such real-world testing methods (by Rep. Nancy Johnson, R-Conn., and Rep. Rush Holt, D-N.J.) is headed through Congress with bipartisan support.
