Sexual harassment no longer a one-sided affair
Sexual harassment has long been considered a men’s game. Not anymore. Complaints filed by men have doubled since 1990. This chart shows data from 1997 and 2007. While the overall number of complaints has dropped in the past 10 years, the percentage of those with enough evidence to support a settlement or other form of retribution has risen. The monetary benefits listed do not include those obtained by lawsuits.
