Oroville born actress Janis Stevens (pictured) portrays legendary British actress Vivien Leigh in this original work about Leigh’s life written by Rick Foster. Leigh, of course, is best known for her Academy Award-winning performances as Scarlett O’Hara in Gone With the Wind and Blanche Dubois in A Streetcar Named Desire. Stevens has won nothing but praise for her portrayal, and the show is scheduled to play a month at San Francisco’s Magic Theatre in September. Plays locally three performances only.
