Reduce wedding waste

It’s nearly impossible to have a zero-waste wedding, but there are several ways to lower the environmental footprint when it comes to your reception.

Use real products instead of using disposable plastic flatware, cups and paper plates. If you’re having a small reception, simply borrow the items from family and friends. For big affairs, head to local rental companies, such as All Star Rents or A & J Party Center. You’ll find everything you’re looking for, including table linens and cloth napkins.

Cutting out single-use products saves natural resources and lessens the strain on the landfill. Plus, your event will look a lot classier without red cups and soggy plates.
