With four very important state propositions and three Butte County supervisorial seats being contested, as well as two state legislative, one U.S. senate and one congressional office, on this year’s ballot, voters have much to sort out and understand before heading to the polls. In this special section, we untangle the wording, interview the candidates and make our recommendations.
