cLAsH!
Loud music is always coming
From that small building
With the golden yellow cat
Sitting on the roof
Looking down at the sidewalk
With the tiny flowers
Growing in the cracks
Of the concrete

Ruby the dog
Weaving the trails on a hike
Avoiding a toddling tyke
Sometimes she runs into poison oak
Once she came out with an artichoke
Down and up, a daring run
Upper Park is lot of fun

Table Mountain
A carpet of colors reaches towards the horizon
Short grass pokes out between black rocks
Little streams weave through the fields
Waterfalls splash down steep cliffs
A red-tailed hawk floats on the breeze
A cockapoo chases a cow
A green and white dragon kite soars and crashes in the mud
I love Table Mountain.
