Only six out of 12 contestants remain on Tuesday afternoon during the sixth annual Z Rock Pumpkinhead contest. Resembling a fraternity pledge event, the contest began Monday morning at 11 in front of The Underground with participants only allowed to step off their crates during “official” 15-minute breaks. Contestants were responsible for having food delivered to them and could not remove the pumpkin while eating. The last man standing received $1,500 and a weekend trip to the Konocti Harbor resort.
