From “Hot Dog” to Surf Dawg

Future Hall-of-Famer and consummate base stealer Ricky Henderson, 46, takes batting practice after a press conference organized by the Golden Baseball League. Now an outfielder with the minor league’s San Diego Surf Dawgs, Henderson told reporters Friday this would be his last year playing baseball. Henderson was 2 for 12 against the Outlaws with 3 RBIs.
