Chico state student group Chico Citizens of Conscience staged this re-enactment of the torture of Iraqi prisoners at Abu Ghraib Prison Wednesday to protest the Bush administration’s treatment of POWs and so-called enemy combatants. Students used the free speech area on campus to re-create these infamous scenes while organizers asked students to sign petitions calling for an independent investigation and adherence to international law.
