Music season
CN&R’s annual Nor Cal festival guide
By Memorial Day weekend, the sun is (hopefully) out for good in Northern California, and the season of music festivals is in full swing. After a down year financially, Humboldt County’s Reggae on the River has yet to announce a 2018 festival, but news of High Times magazine partnering with the organizers brings hope for the future.
