The exciting, practically all-female Australian band Fruit hits The Big Room Tuesday, Sept. 4, at 7:30 p.m. Coming off a superlative performance at the California World Music Festival up in Grass Valley (pictured), featuring strong vocals and displaying sharp songwriting gifts, these multi-talented women are bound to have the joint jumping with their diverse, upbeat, alternative pop-rock sounds (please see our CD review in this issue).
