Lama Losang Samten works on his beautiful sand painting
Lama Losang Samten demonstrates an amazing amount of concentration while creating a sand mandala at Chico State. The visiting Tibetan monk, who lives in Philadelphia, started on this work of art a few weeks ago. Head to campus at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 5, for the dismantling ceremony, which will begin at the Bell Memorial Union and end at Bidwell Bowl.
