Every year, on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, the Christmas Preview marks the beginning of the holiday season for many in the Chico community. And for this year’s edition, the Downtown Chico Business Association, local businesses and other community partners once again filled the streets and storefronts with entertainment and seasonal displays.
