In today’s economic climate, it never ceases to amaze me how business owners or, more accurately, employees seem to have forgotten just how important the simple art of
customer service is. Dutch Bros. coffee (on East Park Avenue), however, is one exception. The employees seem to genuinely enjoy themselves and always have a smile; the coffee is hot and so are the employees. The sign may say Dutch Bros., but in my circle it is known as “Cute-Boy Coffee.” Kudos to a (relatively) new business that seems to “get it”—they are sure to be a staple of the Chico coffee scene for years to come.
