On three occasions in Upper Park, an unleashed dog with no owner in sight has come running at me snarling and gnashing its teeth. My choice was to risk a bad bite or disable the dog. Legal or not, I advise owners of unleashed dogs to keep them close-by or risk having your dog pepper-sprayed. I have used the spray on two occasions and can assure you that it is most painful and neither you or your dog would like it. Take your choice. Control your dog or risk the pepper spray.
