The other morning I saw you ever so carefully drop your old TV into your neighbor’s Dumpster. When the garbage man came to empty the Dumpster, he spied your TV and ever so carefully lifted it out and set it on the ground with a note. It is illegal to dispose of TVs and computer monitors in municipal landfills because of their high lead content. Yes, you got it out of your house, but now it is left to someone else to dispose of your waste.
