I am 21 years old and have lived in Chico my whole life. Never once have I felt unsafe here. Then, about two weeks ago, someone decided to steal all of my brother’s tools from his car. My brother is a mechanic who is just starting out. To the thief who stole my brother’s tools, I hope you feel real good about yourself. You didn’t just steal his tools, you also stole part of his livelihood and our security. What’s happening to the Chico I grew up in?
