Suspects still at large in Paradise home invasion, fatal shooting
A Paradise man shot during a home invasion robbery on Monday died from the wound early Tuesday (Nov. 24), according to a press release from the Paradise Police Department.
Paradise Police responded to reports of shots fired on Lucky John Road just before 10:30 p.m. Monday, and found Adam Wrangham, 31, in his front yard with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was transported to Enloe Medical Center in critical condition, and police announced his death at 3:55 a.m.
According to an initial investigation, three men forced their way into Wrangham's home and a confrontation ensued. A large amount of marijuana was found at the residence. The suspects remain unidentified and at large, and Paradise PD is asking anyone with information to call 872-6241.
